Every story has a purpose.

Clinical mental health counseling to overcome obstacles that inhibit purposeful living.

Goal

I want to help you cultivate a more fulfilling life by partnering with you to proactively address issues like anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and trauma that are negatively affecting your interpersonal relationships and causing disconnection in your life.

Meet Angie

Associate Licensed Counselor, under the supervision of Virginia T. Mayer, Ed.D, Supervising Counselor

In addition to being an associate licensed counselor, I am also a wife, a homeschooling mother of two, and a veteran, amongst other things. My work history includes multiple deployments as an active-duty warrant officer/pilot in the US Army, a civilian technical editor, and extensive experience in Christian ministry as a biblically-based lay peer counselor. I returned to school for a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in order to learn about evidence-based clinical interventions used to help clients seeking a holistic approach to healing and wellness. In short, to do for others what I wanted a counselor to do for me, all those years ago when I was numb and didn’t know what to do or how to make it better, but I just knew something had to change.
